Please Note We do not allow unsolicited emails to be sent using our solution.

• We require companies to use our system for communicating to individuals with whom they have an existing relationship. If external databases are used, companies may only send email to individuals who have expressly shared their address for the purpose of receiving offers and information.
   
• If companies use an external source for communication data, we require those companies to supply the source of their customer data to us.
   
• We ask organisations using our system to personalise their communication with information that indicates they have an existing relationship with the recipient
   
• The Frequency and size of mailings to individual email addresses should be kept to a reasonable level.
