our software applications are written using the latest Microsoft
development tools, and are fully compatible with all the major
Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows XP and Vista. We use the latest development techniques to
ensure your software conforms to the standard ‘look & feel’
that you have already come to expect from applications such as Microsoft
Office. The major advantage being, users are already familiar with
the interface, before they have even been trained on the new
application.

you would expect, our software applications are multi-user compatible.
During the design phase we take into consideration the number
of intended users, helping us to use both hardware and
software effectively. If the number of users increases
substantially we can adapt, since our software is scalable
from single users to many hundreds of users, protecting
your investment.
We can compliment our software applications with advanced
management reporting capabilities, allowing you to better
understand the information. All of our reports are highly configurable
using the familiar Windows printing interface, giving the user
complete control of print formats, styles, orientations and
physical printer destinations. Our graphing and charting capabilities are also advanced,
giving the users the ability to view the data in many
different formats. Line graphs, bar charts, pie charts,
scatter charts and area charts are just a few of the
selectable options. Many charts can be further enhanced by
revolving, enlarging and emphasize in 3 dimensions. Charts and
graphs are not just pretty to look at; they can be made
functional too. Users can double click portions of the graph,
and see detailed breakdowns of that statistic. For example,
the user could see all the sales orders that comprise a
specific sales figure.
Entering data into our software is something we take very
seriously. We go to long lengths to ensure users can enter
data into the system as easily as possible. During the
installation phase, we often observe users entering data, and
make necessary modifications, if required. Many of our systems
also utilise barcodes as an efficient method for rapidly
entering data.
